Many people believe that they have to personally do astrological remedies. However, many times it is important to get astrological remedies done by others.

a) If for Jupiter the tenth lord is afflicted, the native may not gain by doing remedies on his own. In such cases, the native may have to get the remedies done by someone else or the remedy won’t work.

b) For remedies to work effectively there should be a change in the physical level. Sometimes small changes like maintaining silence, speaking up, or bringing changes in residence, etc., are crucial. If for example a lady has a problem in pregnancy and is not able to have children. She should first start loving other children. She should also share love and compassion for children who might not be related to her. This can help them draw the grace of having their children. For people finding it hard to get married, helping in the marriage of other people can heal their marriage-related obstacles from their horoscope.

The angle of Remedies:

Remedies can be done from the following angles. Depending upon the problem and the solution the angle of remedy varies.

Karaka (Significators): The most important thing to be seen is the Karaka and lordship from Karaka. If Karaka is under affliction the problems are visible from Karaka.

Sun (Surya): The ninth lord from Sun is seen for father and the tenth lord from Sun is seen for politics.

Moon (Chandra): The second lord from Moon is food habits, the third lord from Moon is for travel, and the fourth lord from Moon is for mother.

Venus (Shukra): The first house from Venus is for beauty, the fourth lord from Venus is for vehicles, the seventh lord from Venus is for marriage from men, the eleventh lord from Venus is for income and gains.

Saturn (Shani): The fourth lord from Saturn is for the place of work, the sixth lord from Saturn is for enemies, the fifth lord from Saturn is for education related to work, the eighth lord from Saturn is for longevity, the tenth lord from Saturn is for the career.

The next level after the karaka is the Mahadasa and the antardasa. Sometimes problems can come because of certain dasas.

a) If the tenth lord from the Dasa lord is weak, the career will get afflicted from that particular period. So, we need to do remedies for the 10th lord from the Dasa lord.

b) If many planets are in the sixth house, eighth house, and the twelfth house from the Mahadasha or the antardasa, that lordship will get afflicted.

Other angles:

a) If many planets are placed with the Rahu and Ketu, the planet will become weak therefore Sarpa Shanti puja needs to be done. Normal understanding is that any planet with Rahu and Ketu will become weak.

b) If Moon and Sun are weak – with Rahu, Ketu, or in Graha Yudha, sufferings may be in the family lineage.
