Water, a precious gift bestowed on us by Mother Nature, forms a major part of our body constitution. In fact, 2/3 of our body weight is water. The very composition of our body is like that blood is 83% water, muscles are 75% water, brain is 74% water and bone is 22% water. Thus water is necessary for the very survival of human beings, as it ensures the smooth functioning of body systems as it also acts as a natural remedy for achieving beautiful and glowing skin.
On an average daily basis, we tend to lose quite a lot of water through sweating, exhaling and urinating. It is not wise to drink water only to quench your thirst, but it should become your habit to drink water at frequent intervals throughout the day. Our food contributes only about 20% to our total water intake.
The amount of water each person should drink varies from eight to ten glasses a day. Water flushes out the kidneys, cleans body of all toxins, it prepares stomach for food, lower risks of heart attack it also helps the bowels move correctly.

- Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
- After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
- Drink water after 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours.
- Those who are old or sick and are not able to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
- The above method of treatment can cure many diseases. Others can enjoy a healthy life.
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
